We have just got back from our best holiday yet. Kalkan is a fantastic
place, which we both fell in love with. It was out first trip to Turkey and
we will definitely be going back.
We found the Tekinberk Hotel by accident when we were searching the
internet, so to be honest we were apprehensive about what to expect. But as
soon as we arrived, we knew we had picked a winner.
In our opinion, the hotel is in one of the best locations, compared to the
other hotels that we saw when we were there. It is about a 5 minute walk
into the Old Town, which was really handy for our nights out to the many
bars and fantastic restaurants. It is quite a small hotel which was sooooooo
relaxing and the staff in the hotel were so friendly and made us feel very
welcome. The room price included breakfast, which was a simple buffet style
(perfect for easing our hangovers!!!). The view from the restaurant where we
had breakfast every morning was amazing and was a wonderful way to start the
day. The pool was great and to be honest we had it pretty much to ourselves
most of the time.
In short this is a well presented, clean and friendly hotel in a superb
location, which we think is really good value too. We would not hesitate to
book a holiday at this hotel again and have already recommended it to
friends and family.
